Happy to have found this place. I’ve got a question. Is anyone else struggling with a brain that gets tired and foggy from sensory overload a lot during the day? I’ve found Q10 to be helpful, except around times during the month when there is a more hormonal impact, which is like half the month. At those times my brain becomes overwhelmed really quickly, Q10 or not. Not really helpful at work. Any tips?
