Passionate About Inspiring Others
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m an INFJ, a writer, a deep thinker, and someone who’s always been a little too sensitive for the world—or at least that’s how it felt growing up. For years I struggled with feeling misunderstood, out of place, and overwhelmed by a world that seemed built for louder voices and faster lives. Everything shifted the day I discovered my personality type. Suddenly, all the things I thought were flaws started to feel like clues.

I started my blog, INFJ Woman, to make sense of everything I was learning. What began as a place to process my thoughts quickly grew into a community of people just like me—quiet, intuitive, deep-feeling souls who were searching for understanding. Through blog posts, personal stories, and practical insights, I help people like you understand who you are and how to love yourself exactly as you are.
Along the way, I also wrote a book called The INFJ User Guide—a simple, honest guide to what it really means to be an INFJ. It’s the kind of book I wish I had years ago, when I felt like no one really understood me (including me).
These days, I also share my life on YouTube, where I vlog about what it’s like to live as an INFJ in Boston. It’s a mix of solo city adventures, quiet reflections, INFJ quirks, and real-life moments—nothing fancy, just my life, from my perspective.
Everything I create—whether it’s a blog post, a video, or a book—is meant to help you feel a little more understood, a little more seen, and a little less alone.
You don’t have to change who you are to fit into the world. You just need to understand yourself well enough to make the world feel like home.
